Casinacho Games

★★★★☆ 4.3 Editor rating

Casinacho Games is one of those apps that doesn't ask much of you up front. You open it, tap a node on a colorful map, and you're dropped into a short challenge that lasts a minute or two. Some rounds are reaction-based, others lean on light pattern matching, and a couple ask you to time taps against a moving marker. It's the kind of thing that fits into a bus ride.

What surprised me was how clean the controls felt. Everything is one-thumb friendly, and the hit targets are big enough that I never cursed at a misread tap. Progress through the map unlocks new mini-games at a steady clip, which kept me poking at it longer than I expected. The art is bright without being loud, and the sound design stays out of the way.

It won't replace a deep game in your rotation, but as a palate cleanser it does the job well. Battery drain is modest since most rounds are short and the visuals are simple. I'd keep it installed for the stretches where I only have a couple of minutes free.
